Shalom Mizrahi Adv. is a Partner of Israel Investment Partners (IIP) and serves as a member of the Investment Committee.
Mr. Mizrahi is responsible for investment sourcing, evaluating potential acquisitions, valuation and the implementation of the firms objectives. He has over twenty-five years of investment and operating experience, as well as legal expertise.
Prior to Israel Investment Partners (IIP), Mr. Mizrahi was a Senior Director at the Shamoon Family Office (SFO) with roughly $800 million AUM. During Mr. Mizrahi’s tenure, SFO deployed equity led investments across 38 companies from 2006-2015. Mr. Mizrahi also held advisory roles at boutique private equity firm PIR Equities, as well as technology companies in Israel, working with investment professionals on co-investment opportunities. Prior to SFO, Mr. Mizrahi was a corporate associate, business and legal director for Yahin Hakal, the fifth largest real estate construction firm in Israel.
Mr. Mizrahi brings a broad range of experience with particular focus on corporate structures,
regulatory matters, investment management, and sourcing.
Mr. Mizrahi has an undergraduate degree in Law (LLB) and a Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from the Bar-Ilan University. In addition, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Tel Aviv University, and an Executive Master of Science in Business from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College of New York.

O.D. Kobo is a Partner of Israel Investment Partners (IIP) and serves as a member of the Investment Committee.
With twenty-years of experience in investment management, private equity, value creation and fund strategies, Mr. Kobo maintains a significant network of relationships across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
At IIP, Mr. Kobo is responsible for the implementation of the firms objectives, including investment sourcing, valuation, transaction structuring, and the securing of finance.
Prior to helping establish Israel Investment Partners (IIP), Mr. Kobo co-founded PIR Equities in 2007, a private equity firm (formerly 2C3i Capital) with childhood friend Joseph Aaron Horowitz. During his tenure, PIR Equities raised over a billion dollars across three funds (the most recent, PIR III in 2018) managing a varied portfolio with holdings in UK property, China focused securities, and ownership in operating businesses.
Mr. Kobo was also an executive director at family owned property group Camden Market Holdings (2004-2014) and was an integral part of negotiating its sale in 2014 of $680 million. Camden Market Holdings had owned and operated iconic properties such as Europe's 2nd largest tourist attraction Camden Market, Stables Market and Developments bringing over 42 million tourists per annum. The group was partnered with Elliot Bernerd of Chelsfield Partners and Richard Caring of Caprice Holdings (owners of Soho House, The Ivy, Annabel's, amongst others).
Mr. Kobo started his career in technology and was an accomplished internet entrepreneur (1996-2010), with over $250 million exits. An avid startup investor, Mr. Kobo sits on the board of 20+ companies and enjoys meeting young entrepreneurs as often as he can.
Mr. Kobo studied Global Management at Regents Business School and Finance at the London School of Economics.

Amichai Blashkovsky is a Senior Associate at Israel Investment Partners (IIP).
A senior executive with twenty-five years of experience implementing growth opportunities within large organizations. Prior to joining IIP, Mr. Blashkovsky was a senior manager in the business development department at Eze Software, a leading global provider of investment
management software solutions. Before that, Mr. Blashkovsky was at Bloomberg LP in NYC as a manager in the sales and business development department. Mr. Blashkovsky was also at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a business manager in the US.
Mr. Blashkovsky served as commander in the IDF and received his degree from Bar Ilan University in Israel, with an MBA in Business Administration from Hunter College, NY. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew.

Menahem Peretz is a Senior Associate at Israel Investment Partners (IIP).
Menahem is responsible for investor relations across the firm’s private equity strategies. Prior to joining IIP, Menahem was a Senior Associate at PIR Equities in charge of investor relations, covering the USA and Israel. PIR Equities is a boutique private equity firm focused on opportunistic value-based investing, with $950 million of equity capital under management. Before PIR Equities, Menahem was a director at JLT Trust, a family office based in New York, with focus on alternative investments with $250 million under management.
Menahem moved with his family from New York to Jerusalem in 2016, he brings twenty years of experience in investment management, investor relations, business development with wide ranging contacts across the USA, Canada and Israel.

Joseph Braha is a Senior Associate at Israel Investment Partners (IIP).
With more than twenty-five years of industry experience, his expertise includes market research, due diligence, analyzing data, and measuring KPI performance.
Mr. Braha has worked on multi-year transformation programs helping companies enter new categories and geographies, develop new brands and enhance capabilities. Mr. Braha has earned a wide-range of contacts in Asia, Israel and the United States.
Mr. Braha holds a graduate degree in BA (Hons.) Economics from Bar Ilan University, and was an Officer in the IDF's Computer Systems.
Jordan M. Tanner
“Israeli innovation is changing the world, but technology alone is not enough"
Jordan M. Tanner is a Senior Associate of Israel Investment Partners (IIP).
Born and raised in London, England, Jordan has had a lifelong passion for improving society with the aide of technology and thoughtful innovation. Motivated by making this world a more efficient place, Jordan started his career in the public sector as a Project Manager for the UK Learning and Skills Council, teaching computer skills to England's youth to ensure a more digitally prepared workforce. In 2008, Jordan joined Facebook and later moved to UMG, assisting the conglomerate with their digital efforts and management.
In 2017, Jordan linked up with former colleagues and co-founded GiveHope, an online donation platform helping people raise money for personal causes and life events. A long time blockchain advocate, Jordan sits on the Advisory board at Bluecoat an intellectual rights management software, alongside notable investors from the media industry.
At IIP, Jordan is responsible for providing our limited partners and stakeholders with a modern and digitally infused insight to their investment profile. Mr. Tanner assists IIP to evaluate, track and record our investment data more efficiently by utilizing the latest software and management tools.
